About Lukas

In 15 years of business experience in Korea, Lukas has worked as a recruitment partner for international companies in Korea, to provide clients with the resources needed to succeed in the high-context and challenging business environment of Korea.
Lukas is a Partner at the global executive search firm “DHR International”. He was a co-founder of the Germany-focused HR & Management consulting firm “Nowak & Partner Co. Ltd.” in Seoul.
Lukas founded MissionHeroes in 2018, as a way for companies and local experts to work together in a modern and value-focused way.
Lukas holds an undergraduate degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and a Master of Arts from Hamburg, Germany. A bilingual speaker of both English and German and proficient in Korean.
Also a founding member of the The New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea, where he serves as an advisor. He also represents the alumni of Victoria University of Wellington in Korea.

Lukas will again draw on his strong background in and passion for the mobility sector to draw out fascinating insights into the Last Mile / Last Inch debate which will have a huge influence on all our lives.
