Karen Kim, the Sr. Director of Corporate Relations, leads Corporate Relations team at McDonald’s Korea. And as a leader of Scale for Good campaign in Korea, she tries best to position McDonald’s as a sustainable brand in the market. Ms. Kim started her career at Corning Korea and successfully led Public Relations & Corporate Affairs at JT International Korea and Oriental Brewery. Karen is a seasoned communication expert with more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Relations.
Through proactive engagement and communication with the key stakeholders, such as media, employees, franchisees, NGOs, the government, academia and so on, Ms. Kim strives to contribute.
