About Dimitri

Dimitri is Country Food Manager for Korea where he oversees the strategical directions for IKEA FOOD Korea.
Together with his team they are creating and improving the food range to a more sustainable direction and how to create operational efficiency with less food waste from production and serving quantities.
Dimitri is a Food and Beverage professional with over 15 years of International working experience within the Food Business.
He is working 11 years for IKEA under which 6 years at Country Management positions. Prior to IKEA he has worked in Food Management for the Marriott hotels.
