Since opening of its first restaurant in Korea in 1988, McDonald’s has been leading the Korean Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and maintained the leadership position over 30 years. Currently 15,000 employees work at McDonald’s and by providing sound employment it contributes to the growth of the Korean Economy. With the recently expanded suppliers network McDonald’s is pursuing to create a business environment in where the communities can flourish together. Through implementing Scale for Good Campaign, McDonald’s is in pursuit of a sustainable growth at the Korean Market.
